Christmas Cornflake Cookies

Posted on

We love cornflakes. This is definitely an oldie but a goodie.. perfect for christmas 🙂 ..The cookies firm up quickly, so you’ll need to place the Red Hots right away. If you are in a rush, make one large wreath around the edge of a plate and cluster the red hots. This way guests can slice out large or small portions and avoid the red hots if they so wish. At Easter, add yellow food coloring, make nests in the cupcake tins or form on sheet of aluminum foil, or a large one on on a plate. Fill with jelly beans. Perrenial favorite at my house.
